RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Before placing any order please check our cancellation, return and refund policy carefully below:
Please always check the package carefully at the time of delivery. If it is tampered please do not accept.
Order Cancellation
After placing the order, if you would like to cancel it, you can do, while the order status is in created state. Process to cancel the order:

Once the order has been approved/confirmed /out for delivery, self-cancellation will not be available. Please contact our customer care email id – care@cpvet.in for further assistance.
Refund after cancellation:
If the cancellation request received prior to the order being shipped, the refund will be processed immediately and a complete refund as per invoice will be made.
If the cancellation request received after the order is shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return and the return policy will be applicable on such type of order cancellation.
Mode of refund in case of cancellation:
Order cancelled by CP Vet or by customer before order processing, the refund will be initiated automatically to the original mode of payment.
Return Policy:
Products eligible for return:
…… Product/products delivered do not match your order.
…… Product/products are past or near to its expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than two months shall be considered as near expiry).
…… product/products was/were damaged during transit (with a proof of transit damage).
…… If there any difference between Invoice details and product details delivered to you.
…… products those are NOT in the non-returnable category.
Products not eligible for return:
…… If the product packaging is tampered in anyway.
…… If the product/products is/are in non-returnable category.
…… if the product is damaged due to misuse.
…… The product is without original packing and accessories/freebies.
…… Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
…… If the product is not in original condition.
…… any wrong ordering of the product does not qualify for return.
…… Batch no. of the product being returned should match as mentioned in the invoice.
…… Return request arising due to changes in prescription don’t qualify for return.
……product/products that/those is/are NOT in original packing, original price tag, original labels,
original invoice, original bar code will not be eligible for return.
…… Partially consumed product/ products do/does not qualify for return.
…… The product correct as per invoice, complete in quantity, undamaged with undamaged packing will only be eligible for return.
The time period to give back the product is 7 days from the date of receipt of the product at customer end.
Refund Policy:
After the receipt of return intimation the customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, we will initiate the collection of product.
Once the pickup is completed and the product is verified, a refund of the amount (as per invoice) paid for the product, returned by you will be initiated for eligible returns as mentioned above.
Refund will be completed within 15 days from the date of reverse pick up (if required) to the customer bank account.
Please note that refund amount will be as per the invoice value, any benefit of discount and coupon will not be given to the customer.
No reverse pickup charges will be taken from the customer.
Replacement Policy:
The following terms will be for replacement of product.
…… replacement request must be within 07 days from the date of receipt of the product at customer end.
…… the value of invoice will be same in case of replacement request.
…… If there is a difference of amount in the sale invoice and replacement invoice on higher side, that Amount will be charged from the customer.
…… No refund will be given in the replacement.
…… Delivery charge will be taken from the customer, if the product is not in the free delivery category.
